Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Please contact our support team before sending any item back.

• Items must be unused and undamaged.
• All original packaging, manuals, and accessories must be included.
• Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required for all returns.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email our customer support team at

• Order number
• Item name
• Reason for return
• Photo evidence (if the item is defective or damaged)

Once your request has been reviewed, our team will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Return Shipping Costs

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, you’ll be notified by email regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Please note that your payment provider may require a few additional days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exclusions

We cannot accept returns for:

• Used or damaged items (not caused by shipping or manufacturing fault)
• Products returned without original packaging or missing accessories
• Items returned beyond the 14-day period
